All I have to say is, WOW
OLYMPIA, Washington — Police fired pepper spray as about 150
anti-war protestors tried to enter the Port of Olympia as part of ongoing
demonstrations against the shipment of Army equipment to Iraq.
Protesters chanted "Out of Olympia, Out of Iraq"
as they rocked a chain-link gate to the port late Monday, and at least three
tried to use wooden boards to pry the gate open, The Olympian newspaper
reported. A 50-ton piece of equipment was moved to reinforce the gate on the
other side.
(Washington Post)The United States is willing to join European
nations in direct talks with Iran if the Iranian government first agrees to
suspend its programs to enrich uranium and reprocess spent nuclear fuel,
activities that Washington charges are part of plans to build nuclear weapons.
“Let me say first, that I think that the vice president and his wife love their
daughter very much…I think that I what I said there was appropriate… I think
what’s more important than all of that is watching what her father has done to
this country. It is not an accident that is he is unbelievably poorly thought
of… there’s a reason for that. He is one of the architects of this disaster in
Iraq…people don’t trust him…I wouldn’t trust him.”
MEMO:
The President has issued a secret order to advance his poll numbers
and to draw attention away from Iraq and the sectarian violence that fills the
media headlines. The use of the EQG has been authorized and was successfully
tested in Indonesia providing us the perfect opportunity to push the political
discourse to American foreign aid instead of the current violence in Iraq.
Remember, it is your duty as a loyal member of the Administration to
keep this necessary action from getting to the press.
Thank You,
